I'm afraid that's exactly what's gonna happen here in Alberta/Calgary. 10 days of Stampede freedom, then they are gonna scream variant and try and take it all back.
Appeal to vanity. For women, its their looks. For men, its health, sttength, possibly logic. Even saying how hard it is to breathe in the heat could flip a mindset. Showing that you aren't scared inspires others.
