I don't think that's true. They are doing this to push the limits of what is tolerated. They will eventually do much worse crimes. They never had to deal with the consequences of their act because they were raised as special snowflakes who are always right by soft parents. I say catch one of those statue destroyers and put them in jail for 10 years as an example.
