Hello,
Universities (in Ontario) now require a vaccine (with exceptions) to attend:
"will require all students, staff, and faculty returning to campus to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Students, staff and faculty will need to be fully vaccinated or have a plan to do so, by Sept. 7. "
"Individuals accessing campus or other university property who have not been fully vaccinated will be required to undertake additional health and safety protocols and COVID-19 testing as recommended by Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington (KFL&A) Public Health. Queen’s will review accommodation needs for those who are unable to get vaccinated for medical or other reasons related to grounds protected by the Ontario Human Rights Code."
I'm trying to find the relevant portion in the Ontario Human Rights Code that prescribes the requirements and, more importantly, the exceptions for this mandate. I have been looking for a while and cannot find the relevant sections - could anyone assist and point me to the relevant law, exceptions and details? I need to make my case.
I feel for you, I couldn't imagine having to deal with this bullshit when I was in school 15 years ago.
Disability is open to interpretation
The government thinks all of us have mental disorders anyway lucky for us we can't be discriminated against by law.
Maybe if I identify as Zehr/Zohan they will give exemption on mental basis.
