Dude, these people have HUMAN RIGHTS...until they become citizens of Canada whose Charter of Rights and Freedoms begins with specifying when the government can remove those Rights, so, really, they are not "Rights" at all, unlike USA whose Constitution specifies that their Rights are granted by God.
