If you interrupt hospital patients you aren't focussing on those that deserve it. You could be slowing people on your side from getting the services they need. I understand waving signs isn't enough to stand up to apartheid, but the actions, whatever they are, need to be more targeted at apartheid supporters enforcers or creators.
