Minimum wage for minimum skills
Remember when the old guy stocking the shelves of produce could earn a living wage? Was that a bad thing? Why? Pretty common in the 50's an 60's. They took that from you and you blame the people that complain.
They really don't understand that workers have worked harder and produced more and their "reward" has been higher executive salaries and more dividends for stockholders. It has to be a balancing act but workers have to be acknowledged as stakeholders in these businesses.
Access to education is critical for the working poor. With the government letting inflation run wild how is someone who has to work 2 minimum wage jobs just for food/shelter going to either have time or money to "get more employable skills"?
Learn to code. Go to trade school. UBI will never be a thing. Get over it.
