I'm conflicted. On one hand, I think this is the kind of Vote that should topple Governments, but on the other, it's so critical and dangerous that MPs need to be able to vote on it without the threat of an election hanging over their heads.
In an ideal system, that shouldn't be a consideration, but it is what it is.
Seems like House MPs are confused if this will be a Confidence Vote or not. When does that get clarified?

Delaying the vote by a day was a stupid move. Now that the police have cleared the protestors away, Trudeau is asking MPs to approve emergency measures for an emergency that no longer exists.
