These are the eight levels of controls by Saul Alinsky to transform a nation through socialism into communism.

Healthcare – control healthcare and you control the people.

Poverty – Increase the poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you provide everything for them to live.

Debt – Increase the debt level to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes and this will produce more poverty.

Gun control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from government. That way you are able to create a police state.

Welfare – Take control of every aspect (food, housing, income) of their lives because that will make them fully dependent on the government.

Education – Take control of what people read and listen to and take control or what children learn in school.

Religion – Remove belief in God from the government and schools because the people need to believe in only the government knowing what is best for the people.

Class warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. Eliminate the middle class
any belief in the spiritual/religion or god has been banned, psychedelics are a great example of this, once people were waking up and connecting with their innermost self and realizing that life doesn't end after we die and that we must be focusing/preparing for that and not on what's the latest fashion trend yada yada they were immediately banned and stigmatized and now psychedelics are making a comeback but they can't be trusted, I will never place my trust in the system, it's like telling your doctor you're suicidal and then you find yourself all of a sudden in a psych ward hopped on medication, I can only imagine the horror stories that will emerge from these highly controlled psychedelic facilities where people enter and never exit.
