Biden, who admitted on tape he stole classified docs, stored them in 4 unsecured locations, and admitted he showed them to a civilian who didn’t have any security clearance, is now invoking Executive Privilege.   1. AG Garland was subpoenaed by Congress to release the Hur tapes where Biden is recorded admitting to a federal felony. AG garland refused to comply with subpoena to protect his boss.

  2. Garland is in contempt of Congress. Same charge as Steve Bannon.

  3. Biden invokes Executive privilege to protect his AG and himself from Federal charges
