A nation is just being formed, but the people creating the nation haven't yet picked out a name for it.

After much debate they finally decide to put letters on small pieces of paper into a hat and draw until they feel they made a good name randomly.

The leader picks up the hat and pulls the first letter and says:

" 'C' eh?"

" 'N' eh?"

" 'D' eh?"
