I wonder if the optimal solution is to have two teams : one that manages logistics (white people) and another team for anything that involves public events and media engagements (not white people). This way the white people can avoid the risk of being publicly labelled as a 'racist' and the non-whites get to feel important by being in the diversity spotlight.
