There's a reason they banned /r/neovaginadisasters or whatever it was. You basically have to live with an open wound that you systematically prevent from healing for the rest of your life. Imagine being an 80 year old MtF granny in a retirement home and still having dilate everyday.
You know I've seen a lot if shit, and not much phases me. But the thought of this is making me hurl.
Think about this: once that granny gets to the point that she can't care for herself (physically or because of dementia, Alzheimer's or whatnot) some attendant will have to do her dilation for her...
It's worse than that. The "neo-vagina" is hooked into the digestive tract. It's not only a wound that won't be let to heal, it's also where you poop, if pooping consisted of having faeces just kind of fall out from time to time.
Already plenty to get grossed out about without making shit up man. What is true though is that one of the approaches to making a neovagina is to use a piece of the lower intestinal tract, which means that it will forever smell like literal shit.
Wait, how does it produce mucus if it's been severed from the digestive tract?
Not if they get the neo-vagina surgery.

Gag
I knew an FtM who chose the 9-incher and despite actually living the gay lifestyle, scoring gay dudes to peg etc, she couldn't actually fit it in lol, it was comical.
I still can't wrap my mind around the penis envy / warped fixation that resulted in her "real body" being the like, most heavily skewed outlier (to porn-level mind warped) and thinking that this was representative of the male experience.
Like imagine all of the work and effort that transitioning and living as a gay man took, and she cockblocked herself right out of the gate with this twisted "big is best", I don't think she'd ever even been around any real "men".
Yeah it's definitely troubling, they're not sympathetic victims, but they're still "sick".
Like borderlines or dementia patients, it's not really their fault per se but they don't always make it easy.
