It's taken from a collection of photos posted on 4chan. Some nut on there keeps posting images of supermarket prices in the far North and claiming that necessities in Canada are unaffordable.
I've never seen a whole chicken for that price, but usually nearly a third of it. Chicken breasts usually ~$10-12. I'm not saying it's not stupid, but the images are clearly not indicative of real costs.
