Alan Legere, known locally as the ‘Monster of the Mirimachi’ operated in the Mirimachi area of New Brunswick Canada from 1986 to 1989, causing province wide panic and unprecedented fear in the province. He murdered five elderly people including a priest, and then burned down their homes. He beat his all of his victims to death after raping them. A true monster, to think he was eligible for parole after 18 years is infuriating. Bring back the death penalty.

All men possess the power to kill a murderer as that savage beast is hostes humani generis, or the enemy of the human race.
