The only measure that is unaffected by the amount of testing is hospitalizations, the one thing they aren't charting. Zero tests or a million tests, the number of people needing hospitalization stays the same.
I think this is the stat to focus on. People in general don’t understand the statistical argument, but everybody understands “there aren’t more people going to hospital”.
Test 40000 people a day, get 500-600 positives. 1.2.-1.5% positive rate. Pandemic!!!
