I see so many people not wearing their masks properly and not being warned by the establishments they are in that the mask mandate seems pointless to me. I mean it's not like minimum wage employees are going to confront you for not wearing your mask or wearing it properly at this point. We have all seen the public freak outs online of anti-maskers. $14 CAD/hr isn't worth it to me to risk getting punched in the face by an anti-masker. There are a lot of people who are unhinged now due to the lockdowns and they may very well culturally enrich you at a moment's notice if you set them off.
