Last summer they put giant concrete barriers in front of pop-up weed dispensaries in downtown Toronto so people couldn't physically get inside. Maybe they were unlicensed dispensaries or something.

The weed dispensaries rented bobcat excavators and moved the barriers out.

Police moved more in, dispensaries moved more out.

They did this back and forth for a little while, then the cops caved or the weed dispensaries got licensed.

Now there's something like 4 weed dispensaries where there were just one. Cops lost.

Just replace the locks, keep trucking.
