I wouldn't mind a Conservative government with an NDP opposition. That arrangement has worked well in the UK, and Australia. If they voted NDP and most of us voted Conservative it balances out nicely.

Instead we get the Liberals which is basically everything that is wrong with capitalism, and socialism, combined. We don't have a privatised system where people have more choices for private services, but we also don't have a legitimate socialist system where at least everything is subsidised, only some things are subsidised.
