He’s only half based though. He talks about understanding why the right isn’t accepting the results of the election. But his reason? It’s because they’ve been fed fake news. It’s not that the election impropriety and fraud is real, just that those on the right believe the fake news about it.

If he were truly based, or rather willing to fully commit to it instead of hedging his defense of the right with the caveat of fake news, he’d call out the mainstream media too, not just the right wing media. The most glaring examples of fake news aren’t even on the right, they’re firmly rooted directly in the heart of mainstream media and its blatant left wing bias.

He’s absolutely correct to call out the hypocrisy of the Hollywood groupthink. They accepted exactly nothing for 4 years, screeching like banshees the entire time, but expect the right to roll over immediately, in spite of mounting evidence? Not a chance. The reason the right is balking isn’t because they’ve bought into fake news. It’s precisely because they haven’t.
