Now that rag doesn't know military rank from toilet paper, they state "an officer cadet with 25 years of experience." Maybe they mean a Cadet officer? Or a Cadet Instructor (civilian)? But if a guy has been an Officer Cadet for 25 years, ther might be a problem! (unlikely)
