I got the first of three shots but couldn't get the remaining ones because clinics stopped taking non-emergency patients.

What remaining ones? The Hep A/B vaccine consists of three shots.

We do not mandate a hepatitis vaccine to go to a restaurant or to work in the office, despite the fact that these diseases are so deadly.

Hep kills you slowly if you get it. It will take a decade or more to kill you. Covid can kill you way faster. And for Smallpox. You already mentioned it, but Smallpox is eradicated. And it was eradicated in Canada through a mandatory vaccination as far as I know. Smallpox was eradicated in Canada in 1946. But people were still vaccinated for it till the late 70s. 30 years after the eradication. My parents got Smallpox shots and both, my father and mother, were born years after the last confirmed Smallpox case in Canada.

This isn't to argue for a mandatory Covid vaccine. I just wanted to point out some fallacies in your argument.
