If we have a right-wing Conservative prime minister, it wouldn't affect us much. The USA cannot interfere with the policies of a NATO ally, as it would undermine and damage the alliance. The USA has never interfered with Turkey's Islamism, which is a NATO ally.

With Justin Trudeau as prime minister, however, we're in for some possible serious trouble. Justin Trudeau and his lackeys seem hellbent in turning us into a Third World country like South Africa and Brazil with racial politics and a declining middle-class. The younger Laurentian elite are more interested in Third World social ideas, unlike the older Laurentian elite (Wilfred, Pierre, Chrétien, et al.) which preferred British, and French, social ideas.

I am not a fan of Pierre Trudeau, but he was still an Oxford graduate, and was very much influenced by British, and French, social ideas. He would've still pushed for multiculturalism but akin to Switzerland, or Southern France, rather than Brazil.

I'm sorry to say but in a long-term view, France, and Britain, have a better fighting chance since the established political elite are still largely classically educated. Meghan Markle tried to pull this racial politics in England, and she got sent off to Hollywood instead.
