There are apartments bought and owned by Chinese and ONLY sell/rent to Chinese. Signs and businesses in Vancouver are Mandarin. It honestly doesn’t feel like it’s Canadian at all. The young ones are going to community college/university driving porches and and wear clothes worth 10k+. Yeah... our government “cares” about the working class Canadians.
