My theory is that essential workers with a cold/flu are going to work sick because they don't want to settle for $500/week from the Canadian government when their full paycheque may be considerably more than that. And this is how it's spreading. The government blaming it on social gatherings is a cop out. There is no indication that asymptomatic spread is even possible. Or how much asymptomatic transmission contributes to spread. Most people don't willingly attend social gatherings when they have a cold. Particularly when they know there is a "pandemic" going on. They especially don't see their granma when they have a cold.

When I was at my local supermarket a couple weeks ago, I literally saw the returns lady cough into her surgical mask. lmao. I've noticed multiple instances of people coughing in supermarkets or outside of supermarkets. And considering that the flu is supposedly dead, these essential workers must be spreading COVID right?
