DOJ: Capitol Hill rioters had intent to 'capture and assassinate'

Article:

According to Axios, the man famous for his outrageous costume complete with buffalo horns is known as Jacob Chansley or sometimes Jake Angeli.
The photos of Chansley standing at the desk used by Mike Pence in the Senate chamber have gone viral by now, but what the public doesn't know is that Chansley allegedly also left a note for Pence. The note simply says "It's only a matter of time; justice is coming."

So one guy left a note on a desk, and somehow that means all the protestors wanted to assassinate politicians that day? How does that add up?
