I was in the same situation as you, on the verge of mental breakdown, but i can share what has worked wonders for me: bible study. Suggest starting with the video messages on this site: https://libertyfellowshipmt.com/
People seem to roll their eyes nowadays when you point them at the bible, but that old book is more relevant than ever. Ive never been a church-going bible thumper, but I'll share this for those who are interested:
What helped me is understanding that God wants me to lean on him, the way a child leans on his mother. Fear is the devils work, its basically us saying we dont trust that God will take care of us. Faith is the antidote to fear... which team will you support? "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. ~ 2 Timothy 1:7"
God wants our complete faith....we are nothing... everything in this life that is good, our bodies, our food, our relationships...all has been provided by Him. We may plant the seed and water the ground, but only God provides the increase which causes that plant to grow into food.
Going further, how can we repay God? By standing up for him, and standing up for his righteousness. This conclusion totally removed fear for me. I will gladly stand up for righteousness and I know he has my back in this life and the next. I will not be getting this devils vaccine, I will not cower in fear waiting for them to arrest me and take me to their quarantine facility, and i will not fight them. I will live my life in love and kindness and I am excited in a way for them to show up at my door. Becoming a martyr for his cause (if necessary) would be an honour, and I am already being rewarded by the peace of mind and inner courage that these realizations have given me.
The devils gonna do what the devils gonna do pede... but stay on your high ground, stand strong for what you know is right. Till the very end do not give an inch to the devil and let God know everyday that you'll stick with him no matter what.
*Humility and thankfulness are whats missing in this world, and why were in the current predicament.
Psalms 37: "Do not fret because of those who are evil or be envious of those who do wrong; for like the grass they will soon wither, like green plants they will soon die away. Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart."
