If I really wanted to, I could steal CC info from people, clone the card and then walk into the bank wearing a face covering, gloves and sunglasses, withdraw max cash from the card via a ATM and then repeat the process with other ATMs until the owner of the card reports the fraud and gets the card cancelled.
