Central Ontario, where exactly does that mean? I've heard Southern Ontario, GTA, Northern Ontario, Northwestern Ontario.
As for Northwestern Ontario, there have been relatively few cases there, and in at least one town, more businesses going under than cases. I know that one did try to open against lockdown orders, but, the police eventually shut them down.
