As frigiddepths said, the study linked in the website seems to be removed, so I can't tell how much they were consuming. Probably an excessive amount, even against their dietary needs, since this issue should of been noticed in cattle otherwise, given how many generations have been raised eating GMO soy, and other GMO feed.
If glysophate is the cause: Meat contains a trace (tiny) amount of glyphosate (roundup). It mostly passes through the digestive system in animals. There is organic (USDA) meat where GMO feed is banned if you want to reduce it as much as possible. Glyphosate is heavily used, so a trace amount may even be in drinking water. Water being something it remains stable in (limits degradation).
There is evidence that the amount of sperm in human males has decreased quite heavily over the last half century, but the causes could be many. Could be the increase in GMO and pesticides like glyphosate. Could be the increased usage of plastic. Could be other reasons.
There was a study done on mice called the Mouse Utopia Experiment. The researcher enclosed 4 pairs in a pen, and gave them all the food and water they needed with no predators. After 600 days, the population reached it's peak of 2200, and then declined until its extinction. There were behavioral changes that went along with this like narcissism that seem to be the prime cause. The experiment was repeated multiple times. Sperm count and hormones weren't checked, but it'd be interesting to know if they were affected as well.
There's a lot of money and ideology riding on this subject, which makes researching difficult.
