The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms has ongoing or pending court actions in five provinces to end the Charter-violating lockdowns.

The Alberta government engages in the same stonewalling in the Court of Queen’s Bench, where a Charter challenge to the lockdowns was filed in December of 2020. The Alberta government sought and obtained the court’s permission to delay filing scientific evidence until July of 2021.
