Question: how will we know if and when we reach 80%? The same people who chose that number are also the ones who determine for us when we reach it. The only way to know for sure would be with some kind of digital vaccination proof.

I have a feeling we will fall just short of that number and conveniently will need a more "progressive" way to measure it
