How exactly do you aCciDeNtalLy pee on cam?

I've been digging through the early reporting and so far nobody's figured that out yet. The only possibilities I can think of:

• He brought his computer into the bathroom with him for some reason and it was placed in such a way as the camera caught him peeing.

• He was peeing in his office for some reason, maybe into a jar or something (sounds weird, but this is the guy who was walking around his office naked for some reason last month) and the camera caught him.

• He was jerking it and they're trying to pass it off as "urinating".

• He was doing pee play with his wife/GF and the camera was on.

My money is on his jacking off and they're passing it off as "peeing". Cuz when else does a guy have his dick in his hand while in front of the computer?
