Amazing how this CBC article doesn't use the word "indigenous" once, and labels this guy an "Alberta man".... it's also not categorized as "Indigenous issues" like every other article involving natives.
Any other time on CBC when an indigenous person is the subject of the article, it's fawning and identity politics to the max and everyone's race is so important to specify. Or if it's a white criminal, you bet they'd be mentioning he's white especially if he went on a racism rant in court.
