A lot of these clients purchase property mainly in Vancouver and Toronto area. The problem is that the people who live in Vancouver and Toronto vote for mass immigration anyway, so they get what they vote for, more well to-do immigrants buying houses.

I don't blame the immigrants for buying it, I blame the morons who vote for it. We can all agree in this sub that we need immigration reforms.

Less of an issue in Montreal because of the language barrier, most foreign buyers there are from Europe.
