Anybody else notice that there are a shit ton of childless people in their 30s and 40s around cities in Canada? The thing was always that millenials were delaying childbirth, but it seems that many are running to the end of their fertile years and just not having kids at all. Also people in their early 30s / late 20s are even worse, not even dating seriously and with no plans to have kids.

To be honest it's not just whites either. Pretty much nobody is having kids (in cities) other than FOBs. I get that the cost of living is high but there must be more factors too.

Who do they think is gonna take care of them when they're old? Given the already precarious demographic situation it might be wise to hedge your bets and have at least one kid just in case the more dire predictions do come true.
