From subsection 1(2) of the directive from Dr Vera Etches:
- (2). Those exempt from wearing a mask are: (b) Individuals with medical conditions rendering them unable to safely wear a Mask, including breathing difficulties or cognitive difficulties;
and
- 3 .No person shall be required to provide proof of any of the exemptions set out in Subsection 1(2).
"I'm exempt according to subsection 1(2b) of the order, because I have a medical condition, and according to subsection 3, I am not required to provide proof of my medical exemption."
I am not a lawyer, or even smart, and I'm not going to cover your $880 fine if some fat, man-hating Karen by-law officers want to throw their tits at you for declaring you're exemption.
