Just saying that Minnesota Department of Public Health can't even do math. If they stuck to the same format, it would be:
1.76X instead of 0.6X
1.13X instead of 0.9X
Even when vaccines are clearly not working, they're misrepresenting it. I'm sure they know how to do math and are doing this on purpose.
