As a result, you end up paying a fortune to rent a 500 square foot shoebox in a condominium.

Not to mention that all the liberal NIMBY cucks in the GTA who vote Liberal and virtue signal for black dick and vote to bring in a ton of immigrant slaves to Uber them around and serve them coffee and food don't actually want you to build tiny houses/affordable housing of any kind in their "backyard" to alleviate poverty in the GTA.
