Recent post-disarm + BLM spikes of gang violence supports theory it's already started popping off. Don't even get me started on the weird militia/guard + fed troops + CIATFBIDHS etcetc citycounty cops, staties and all sorts of really weird "combatant" lineups like having the IDF providing med care to ISIS fighters in Kurd AORs.. HONK HONK!
