It starts out with (stupid) good intentions, a well rounded clientele and a large debt load.

Things go great for awhile because it's a new bar but eventually that calms down and she will start looking for events to draw people in. Then she will need more staff (who promise to bring more customers). The new staff draw more customers by selling a few drugs. The events become more outrageous to draw more people. The new customers have lots of money to spend but only if you ignore their 17-18 girlfriends or boyfriends.

By this point she will have a new expensive car(s), be paying for her kids university, upgraded her house and be sitting on a 2nd debt load.

Once her normal patrons slim out she will be left with those who spend the money. They demand what they want and she provides it or she will lose it all.

Wherever she turns for money to keep it going the backers or supporters will want something in return.

That is how you end up with a hellhole of a bar, just enough money to keep a float and trapped in a nightmare.

Edit: She also will not be happy when the Alphabet committee demands she accommodates everyone or they will boycott her into oblivion.
