That's not really a thing in the army. Even if it were, there's no target in front of her.
She's being tested on her ability to do correct handling drills on the C7 before going on the range. Load, unload, stoppages etc. This is something the rear echelon types (which she is based on what she's wearing and how she's holding that weapon wrong) have to do once in a blue moon, even on deployment. But it'll all be over soon and she'll be back in her office for the rest of the tour.
