Most of them have not been born HERE. You don't go from 40,000 blacks in 1970 to 1.2 million in 2019 by births alone. Most have arrived in Canada. If they were born outside of Canada, they could have been denied entry. But it's too late now. They're here and can't reasonably be told to leave. We're just doomed to this strife forever now or until the country is torn apart.

Access to white people is not a right. Is excluding blacks a racist policy? Yes, it is, but until someone can offer a solution to all the problems they bring, it's better than the alternatives.
