There is no way to just generally list what Canadian culture is. Culture is in literally everything we do as a society. From the side of the road we drive on, to the brands of toothpaste we use, to our laws, the way we treat each other, everything. All group behaviors/norms/values shared by a given society are "culture". That's why it's stupid to demand someone define Canadian culture. How on earth is anyone supposed to list every shared value/norm/behaviour? It's an impossible task. Not because it doesn't exist, but because the definition of Canadian culture is virtually infinite in scale. You could never list every aspect of it.

And the reason you think Canadian culture doesn't exist is because culture is like accents - we don't notice ours because we're immersed in it 24/7. It's everyone else who has an accent. But to the next group, it's us who have the accents, and they who just talk normally with no accent.

Culture is the same way. You can't ask someone to just define their accent, or you'd be there all week going through all the various pronunciations. And to define all the aspects of Canadian culture (or any culture) would take a lifetime and you still wouldn't cover everything.

So if you want to map Canadian culture, you have to do it relatively and by subject. Like by asking for example "What do we do differently than Saudi Arabia when it comes to treatment of women?" Well, Canada gives women equal rights, whereas Saudi treats them as chattel, makes them cover up in public etc.

Ok, well there you go. You just identified an aspect of Canadian culture. It does exist. Canada has norms pertaining to every subject that has any relevance in Canada. THAT'S Canadian culture.
