Great idea but the Welsh might not like it. They can be insular and I don't believe they are Gaelic like the Irish. They are their own unique tribe and language. Will look it up to confirm.

Spez: it is considered Celtic but from the Brittanic branch along with Breton (Northeast France), Cornwall (Southwest England), and Cumbric (Northeast England). Thanks wiki. They don't have the same connection historically with the Irish that the Scottish did this much I know. Have visited a few times, and one Grandmother of mine was from Welsh stock :)
