The world is heading for cataclysmic trials and eventual judgment. Before this is over everyone will have to pick a side, take their stand and be counted. My advice is to reconnect with family and make amends. Focus on forgiveness and letting the past go. Reconnect with church and or community. Value those relationships and protect them like your life depends on it because it probably will at some point. Don't allow politics to come in and divide and destroy those relationships because that's the goal of the politicians in power to oppress us. Talk to strangers like you're being recorded and when you're on the internet trying to figure out truth from the lies use a VPN from a company that doesn't keep logs or use tor browser.

Finally seek God daily. A small genuine prayer in the morning before you start your day. You'll be amazed at the result if you just make small genuine efforts to reach out to him. He made you, he loves you and he will protect and prosper you when you seek him out of a genuine heart. In the final analysis this is what it's all about.
