Poor blacks are more likely to lash out externally because they place the blame on external factors while poor whites are more likely to blame themselves. Tyrone should be angry with his government for stunting his personal development by not even allowing him to get on the first rung of the ladder. The people he victimizes are not responsible for his problems.
