If it came down to the wire I would say yes I am a Christian. It is way more complicated than that for me. I would say I'm more spiritual with a Christian leaning/upbringing. I do like some aspects of Buddhism as well. I still have much to learn about religion to be honest. I do believe God exists for multiple reasons. 1. It is better to believe in God than to not believe in God. It is a 50/50 chance God exists. I'm not a betting man (especially with stakes as high as eternal damnation) 2. Humanity has survived countless wars, plagues, famines, natural disasters, and hardships. I can't think of any good reason other than God for us to make it through all that and still be around. 3. Human consciousness/Human ideas. How did humans come up with Science? Technology? Engineering? Math? Lots of the details are lost in prerecorded history. Some questions we still have no modern day answers to. All that said though I keep in mind religions are story/fable based to convey a message. Most religions want to get across the message to be a good person. The theory Tim Pool talked about was interesting. He sees all religions are like people looking through a keyhole. Each one gets a glimpse at the truth behind the door but not one person sees the whole truth. Hence some similarities in religions.
