Edit: Also if anyone is curious WCS is thee crude oil made from the bitumen. Most of the big Ft McMurray refineries just transform bitumen (which is like a sticky clay) into differebt types of oil. CNRL Horizons actually processes bitumen into high quality synthetics, basically brent.
