I don't understand this stockholm syndrome that the left is not only accepting but demanding. In Ontario they have an advisory that you can't meet people you don't live with without 2 metres social distancing (and masking indoors). So you can't fuck your gf if you don't live with each other. Why are leftists going for this shit? Do they not get laid?

I was for the lockdown initially hardcore all the way. Until I realized that you anti-lockdown folks doing your rallies weren't being dramatic when you said "have fun with never-ending lockdowns" back in like March, April. I thought you guys were just impatient then and being dramatic. It started to not be funny anymore when it became apparent that this could last over a year. I thought that things would re-open and get back to normal soon. And things did re-open somewhat but not at full capacity. And people continued to be terrified of the virus, continued to shame young people for socializing. And now we're 7 months in. And it is expected to last until fall 2021.

Why is no one on r/onguardforthee protesting Doug Ford taking away our liberty? They only criticize him for not being strict enough. Or not fighting climate change, systemic racism, etc.

When I see middle-aged+ epidemiologists and biostatisticans support lockdowns, it makes sense because they have a wife and kids. They don't give any fucks about young people. But most of the people on OGFT are young right? And they support this shit.
