Most Brown people don't like Sikhs, or Muslims. They have tribal conflict. Sikhs, and Muslims, waged wars against India. That's why Jagmeet is de facto banned from India.

In theory, Brown people can vote right-wing, the problem is that assimilation is much more difficult for them due to cultural barriers. Even if assimilation occurs, the immigrant mindset prevents many from voting right-wing (i.e. their parents are immigrants therefore they have to vote Liberal).

Conservatism requires assimilation, and nativism (i.e. prioritise people already here, and, or, who are born here).
